A Culture That Carries Us Forward

This April, I will be stepping away for a two-month medical leave with a deep sense of confidence in our team and the culture we have built together.

Strong leadership is not only about driving results it is about creating conditions where people can thrive, even in moments of transition.

The idea of holding “high standards and gracious forgiveness” has been central to our work. It challenges us to expect excellence while also making room for humanity, learning, and care. Because of this balance, I can prioritize my health, knowing our team is supported, capable, and grounded in its shared values.

Leadership means modeling what we ask of others. Taking this time is part of walking the talk demonstrating that selfcare is not a luxury, but a responsibility.

I am grateful to lead a team where this is understood and lived every day. I look forward to being back stronger than ever.
