Lahn Jones

Senior Facilitator

Lahn Jones is a community strategist and facilitator with over 20 years of experience supporting mental health, suicide prevention, and relational well-being through national, provincial, and municipal initiatives. He holds a Degree in Child and Youth Care Counselling with distinction from Grant MacEwan University, and his work focuses on helping individuals, teams, and systems navigate complex conversations, establish healthy boundaries, and build connections in moments of stress, transition, and uncertainty.

Lahn works alongside frontline professionals, community organizations, and cross-sector partners to reduce stigma, promote healthy masculinities, and strengthen trauma-informed practice. He brings a particular depth of experience working with men, at-risk men, and those who love them, alongside diverse communities including first responders, Indigenous communities, and 2SLGBTQ+ populations. His approach is grounded in lived experience, specialized training in masculinities and men’s wellbeing, cultural humility, and the belief that meaningful change begins with safety, accountability, and authentic human connection.

At Imagine Institute for Learning, Lahn supports the development and facilitation of training focused on professional boundaries, challenging conversations, and relational health. He is passionate about creating learning spaces that are practical, reflective, and human, supporting professionals to show up with clarity, compassion, and integrity in their work.

Lahn brings a steady presence and thoughtful facilitation style, holding complexity with care while keeping people at the center of the work.
