Creating Healthy Professional Boundaries

What becomes possible when boundaries are clear, compassionate, and consistently held?

CATEGORY: Relationship-Based Competencies

LENGTH: 6 hours

This full-day training explores how porous, rigid, and healthy boundaries influence relationships, energy, and effectiveness in the workplace—particularly within complex roles, power dynamics, and organizational cultures. Through guided reflection and practical tools, participants build awareness of their own boundary patterns and learn how to set, communicate, and maintain boundaries that protect wellbeing while supporting collaboration and trust. The training emphasizes boundaries not as barriers, but as essential structures that support ethical practice, self-sustainability, and respectful relationships.
