Developing Self-Sustainability in the Workplace

What sustains people at work when pizza parties and coffee gift cards aren’t enough?

CATEGORY: Relationship-Based Competencies

LENGTH: 3 hours

This reflective three-hour session explores the difference between surface-level wellness efforts and the deeper practices that truly sustain people in human-facing work. Participants are invited to reflect on how past experiences, current realities, and future hopes shape the way we connect, collaborate, and show up in the workplace. Through dialogue and shared wisdom, the session builds insight into fostering stronger, more authentic relationships—grounded in the understanding that we are the tool of our trade.
