Rethink Mental Health at Work – Stress to Strength™
What do we do when mental health challenges show up in our workplace—and how do we respond with humanity?
CATEGORY: Mental Health
LENGTH: 6 hours

This foundational training explores mental health as a deeply human experience shaped by our inner world, our relationships, and the environments in which we live and work. Grounded in a human-centred, trauma-informed approach, the session moves beyond quick fixes to explore how safety and connection form the foundation of healing, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing. Through reflection, discussion, and shared wisdom, participants build a common understanding of mental health, explore ways to create supportive environments, and identify practical strategies for sustaining both personal and collective wellbeing. Designed for professionals and caregivers across sectors, the training invites participants to bring their stories, values, and lived experience as we work together toward a compassionate, strength-based approach to supporting human complexity.
