This session integrates the tools of leadership with the principles of trauma-informed practices, to support leaders make human-centred decision in tough times and in everyday practice.

Trauma-Informed Leadership is a comprehensive two-day training designed to equip human service leaders with the essential skills to navigate challenging and turbulent environments. Through a deep dive into trauma-informed principles such as creating safety, offering choice and control, and emphasizing strengths, leaders will learn how to cultivate trust and resilience within their teams and organizations.
