Supporting Clients with Goal Setting
If we focused on the system instead of chasing the goal, would success take care of itself?
CATEGORY: Relationship-Based Competencies
LENGTH: 3 hours

This training reframes traditional outcome-driven approaches by focusing on the systems that create sustainable progress. Rather than defining success as a single achievement, this session helps participants support clients in building daily practices, structures, and habits that strengthen growth over time. Through practical reflection and application, participants will learn how system-based strategies can enhance productivity, deepen learning, and strengthen relationships long after any individual goal is met. This session invites a shift in perspective, asking: if we focused on the system instead of chasing the goal, would success take care of itself?
